Phil Schiaffino

Managing Director / Founder

Phil is the driving force behind Britannia Dynamic Logistics. With more than 25 years’ experience, particularly in European transport, Phil has built the business on a simple principle: logistics is ultimately about people. A natural relationship-builder, Phil leads the company’s business development and partnership strategy, working closely with customers to deliver practical, reliable logistics solutions. He is quick to credit the team around him, recognising that the strength of Britannia Dynamic Logistics lies in the dedication and expertise of the people who deliver for customers every day. Tony Seifas

Operations Director

Tony leads International Forwarding and brings more than 35 years of industry experience, specialising in both sea and air freight operations. Known for his proactive, hands-on approach, he works closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions while ensuring full compliance with international documentation requirements, including Letters of Credit and licensing. His depth of knowledge and attention to detail help ensure every shipment is managed seamlessly from start to finish.

Helen Fletcher

Finance Director

Helen brings over 30 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, with expertise developed across manufacturing, stockbroking, healthcare and accountancy practice. A qualified Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) professional, her financial leadership and multi-industry insight make her instrumental in supporting BDL’s multi-currency operations.

Carl Mapp

Logistics Manager

Since starting his career in logistics in 2006, he has progressed from warehouse operations through to UK and European transport management, building comprehensive operational expertise along the way. Today, he leads a growing department, fostering a culture of performance, accountability and continual improvement that strengthens both the team and the wider business.

Peter Zelias

Logistics Co-ordinator

Peter supports the team in delivering the high standards of customer service our clients expect. Bringing valuable transferable skills and a proactive approach, he strengthens day-to-day operations while enhancing communication across our network. Fluent in Polish, he also plays an important role in supporting supplier relationships where language capability is essential.

Samantha Schiaffino

Logistics Co-ordinator

Sam brings over 30 years of experience across the service sector. For the past two decades, she has operated at Director level as an Executive Assistant, leading the coordination of conferences, corporate events and executive seminars with precision and professionalism. In recognition of her contribution beyond the workplace, Sam has been awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) for services to charity.

Agnieszka Knight

Logistics Co-ordinator

Agnieszka is the newest member of our team and comes from the automotive industry where she worked for 9 years gaining invaluable experience in all aspects of road, sea and air freight.

David Silva

Logistics Co-ordinator

David, began his role at BDL without industry experience but has quickly developed a strong understanding of tracking systems and customs requirements, delivering the high level of service our clients expect. Originally from Portugal, his background and communication skills add value when working with our international partners.
